SEARCH Event Recap

The SEARCH Foundation recently netted $16,000 at its fundraising event, SEARCH Live! at MOHAI, in Seattle on August 19th. Many thanks to all the attendees, sponsors, auction contributors, donators and item purchasers. Because of your support, SEARCH is able to continue its mission of assisting event professionals in times of crisis.

SEARCH Board of Directors Nominations Open

The Nominations Committee of the SEARCH Foundation announces its call for Board of Directors nominations for terms running from

January 1, 2015 –December 31, 2016.

Members of the Board of Directors must be employed in the special events industry.

EXPECTATIONS – Members of the SEARCH Board of Directors are required to attend Board meetings and teleconferences and may be asked to serve on a committee.

Regularly scheduled meetings are currently held in January (at TSE), May (teleconference), August (at ISES Live) and November (in person, location TBA) – Incoming Board members are strongly encouraged to attend the November 2014 meeting.

HOW TO NOMINATE – You may either nominate yourself or someone else by completing the Nominations Application – click HERE to download the form.

Applications can be emailed to Corinne@searchfoundation.org (preferred method) or sent via fax to 480.513.3207.

DEADLINE for submission is Friday, September 26, 2014
